DIRECTIONS
From points south via route 501:
- Take route 501 North, Bypass, and follow it until
it merges with I-85 North.
- Take exit 176B (the second of two ramps), which is where 501 Bypass splits off 1-85, the exit is labeled "501 North, Duke Street, Gregson Street," and take the "501 North, Duke Street" exit.
- At the end of the ramp, bear right heading north and drive approximately 8-10 miles.
- Watch for an overhead powerline, with a 4 board fence and sign on the right that says “Treyburn”. Drive to the next working signal light and turn right onto Bahama Road .
- Follow Bahama Road for approximately 10 miles. It will go through the small town of Bahama, then cross over Lake Michie. Eventually you will come to Mangum’s Store & PURE gas station on your left. Turn right onto Bethany Church Road. It is a short road and at the stop sign, go straight across Range Road. The road then becomes Enon Road.
- Drive 2 miles and watch for Blue Mountain Road on your right; it is the 2nd right after Blue Creek Road. Blue Mountain Road is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From points south via route 501 (preferred horse trailering route):
- Take route 501 North, Bypass, and follow it until
it merges with I-85 North.
- Take exit 176 then 176B (the second of two ramps), which is where 501 Bypass splits off 1-85, the exit
is labeled "501 North, Duke Street, Gregson Street," and take the "501 North, Duke Street" exit.
- At the end of the ramp, bear right heading north and drive approximately 8-10 miles.
- Watch for an overhead powerline, with a 4 board fence and sign on the right that says “Treyburn”. Continue northbound beyond Black Horse Run on the right and to the next crossroads intersection where Quail Roost Farm is on the left. Turn right here onto Moores Mill Road.
- Drive to the first stop sign and turn right onto Red Mountain Road. Continue on this road approximately 3 miles and watch for a sawmill sign on the right.
- Take the next left onto Moriah Road. Follow this road until it ends at a stop sign and turn left.
- You will see Mangum’s Store & PURE gas station on your left. Turn right onto Bethany Church Road. It is a short road and at the stop sign, go straight across Range Road. Bethany Church Road then becomes Enon Road.
- Drive 2 miles and watch for Blue Mountain Road on your right; it is the 2nd right after Blue Creek Road. Blue Mountain Road is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From points south/southeast (Raleigh):
- From intown Raleigh, take 440 Inner Beltline to the Crabtree Mall/Glenwood Ave. exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left and drive past Crabtree Mall which is on your left.
- Turn right onto Route 50 heading north towards Creedmoor which is about 10 miles away. (Alternatively, take I-540 to Creedmoor Road (Route 50) and head north into Creedmoor.)
- In the town of Creedmoor, just after pasing the Southern States store on your left, turn left at the dentist's office on your left.
- Go straight through the signal light at the bottom of the hill and approximately 3 blocks, then take a right on Stem Road (also called Brogden Road).
- Once in Stem, go straight through the stop sign
and across the train tracks to the next stop sign.
- Turn right onto Highway 75 North.
- Go 6/l0ths of a mile and turn left on Little Mountain
Road.
- Go to the end and turn right on Range Road. Go
5-6 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Enon Road.
- Go 3 miles and turn left onto Blue Mountain Road
which is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From points east via Route 64 or I-95:
- Take route 64 west towards Raleigh . Approximately 10 miles beyond Nashville , take the exit for Route 98. Stay on Route 98 through Bunn and across Route 401.
- Then turn right on Route 96, north, towards Youngsville. Stay on 96 which will turn at times, across Route 1, and then approximately 5 more miles, to the very small town of Wilton.
- Turn left onto Route 56. Drive only about 1 mile on Route 56 and then turn right onto Hester Road.
- Stay straight on Hester Road , through the stop sign(s) and then at the end of Hester Road , turn right onto Stem Road (also called Brogden Road).
- Once in the small town of Stem , go straight through the stop sign and across the train tracks to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Highway 75 North.
- Go 6/l0ths of a mile and turn left on Little Mountain
Road.
- Go to the end and turn right on Range Road. Go
5-6 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Enon Road.
- Go 3 miles and turn left onto Blue Mountain Road
which is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From 1-85, points south (preferred horse trailering route):
- Take exit #189 for Butner, and turn left at end of ramp.
- Drive into and straight through the town of Butner and as you leave town, there will be a fork in the road. Bear right and go to the end of the road.
- At the signal, turn left, then at the next (immediate) signal, turn right onto Old NC 75.
- Go about 2-3 miles (beyond Coley's Nursery) and turn left at the next crossroads intersection onto Range Road.
- Drive to the first stop sign (about 5 miles) and then turn left onto Enon Road.
- Drive about 3 miles, crossing under a power line and over a small bridge, then continue up a hill. Turn left onto Blue Mountain Road, which is gravel. Drive to the end of the road and we are on the right.
From points west via I-85:
- From I-85, take exit #161, and at the end of the ramp, turn left towards route 70.
- You will merge onto route 70, eastbound, and drive about 3.5 miles until you come to the intersection of route 86.
- Turn left onto route 86 northbound, and then drive less than ˝ mile and turn right onto onto route 57 north.
- Drive just over 13 miles on route 57 (going through Schley and then Caldwell, which is where you will cross route 157) until you come to a racetrack on your left, then a second racetrack on your left, at which you will turn right onto Mile Branch Road.
- Drive 2 miles until you come the signal light at the intersection of route 501, and drive straight across onto Red Mountain Road. You will continue on this road approximately 4 miles, and watch for a banner on the left hand side for “Vicious Cycles”.
- Shortly thereafter you will turn left onto Moriah Road. Follow this road until it ends, and at the stop sign, turn left.
- You will see Mangum’s Store & PURE gas station on your left. Turn right onto Bethany Church Road. It is a short road and at the stop sign, go straight across Range Road. Bethany Church Road then becomes Enon Road.
- Drive 2 miles and watch for Blue Mountain Road on your right; it is the 2nd right after Blue Creek Road. Blue Mountain Road is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From Roxboro:
- Take Route 158 East towards Oxford.
- Drive approximately 5-6 miles, through the town
of Surl, and watch for Mount Harmony Church Road on your right.
- Turn right on Mount Harmony Church Road.
- Drive 8-10 miles, passing through the town of Moriah
and you will come to Mangum's Store on your right, turn left onto Bethany
Church Road. It is a short road and at the stop sign, go straight across
Range Road. Bethany Church Road then becomes Enon Road.
- Drive 2 miles and watch for Blue Mountain Road
on your right--it is the next right after Blue Creek Road. Blue Mountain
Road is gravel, drive to the end and we are on the right.
From I-85, points north:
- Take exit #206, and then follow signs for Route 158 West. Eventually, you will follow signs for 158 West, Truck Route.
- Continue on 158 West through intersections of Route 15, and then Route 96.
- Approximately ½ mile beyond the Route 96 intersection, at the signal light, turn right still staying on 158 West towards Roxboro.
- Go about ½ mile and bear left onto Enon Road just before the convenience store. Follow Enon Road for about 7 miles to a stop sign intersection, and continue straight on Enon Road.
- Go about 3.7 miles more on Enon Road, crossing under a power line and over a small bridge, then continue up a hill.
- Turn left onto Blue Mountain Road, which is gravel. Drive to the end of the road and we are on the right.
From the Hillsborough area:
- Drive eastbound (towards route 501) on St. Mary's Road, to the intersection of Guess Road , and continue straight across the signaled intersection. The road will now become Mason Road.
- Follow Mason Road until you reach a signaled intersection, and turn left onto Route 501 north.
- Follow directions above from points south via 501.
From points northwest:
- Take Route 29 south into Danville, VA and then Route 86 south through Yanceyville and Cedar Grove.
- You will drive straight through the blinking caution light at which McDade Store Road turns off, then begin watching for a small country store on the left hand side, “Corbett’s Country Store”.
- At this store, turn left onto Saw Mill Road (Carr Store Road will be the road to the right).
- Follow this road to the end, and turn left onto Walnut Church Road. Drive only a short distance, and then bear/turn right onto Little River Church Road.
- Drive to the end, and turn left onto Route 57, North.
- Go through the small crossroads area called Caldwell, at which you will cross over Route 157, and keep driving a few more miles.
- Watch for a racetrack on the left, then a second smaller and more rundown racetrack on the left, at which you will turn right onto Mile Branch Road.
- Go to the light, and drive straight across route 501, and you will now be on Red Mountain Road. You will continue on this road approximately 4 miles, and watch for a banner on the left hand side for “Vicious Cycles”.
- Shortly thereafter you will turn left onto Moriah Road. Follow this road until it ends, and at the stop sign, turn left.
- You will see Mangum’s Store & PURE gas station on your left. Turn right onto Bethany Church Road. It is a short road and at the stop sign, go straight across Range Road. Bethany Church Road then becomes Enon Road.
